Bengaluru techie suicide case: Atul Subhash's wife, in-laws get bail

A Bengaluru court on Saturday granted bail to the wife and in-law of techie Atul Subhash, who were arrested on charges of abetment of his suicide.
Atul Subhash died by suicide on December 9 after alleging harassment by his wife Nikita Singhania and her family, including Nisha Singhania (Atul's mother-in-law) and Anurag Singhania (his brother-in-law).
Nikita Singhania, Nisha Singhania and Anurag Singhania had approached Bengaluru's City Civil Court for bail in the case.
The accused had previously requested the Karnataka High Court to instruct the session court to expedite the disposal of their bail petition.
