American singer Joe Jonas has reportedly dismissed his divorce case against actor Sophie Turner following four days of mediation, according to Page Six. They have agreed on a temporary custody arrangement for their two daughters.

Recent court records have revealed that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, who married in 2019, reached a temporary child custody agreement and Jonas moved to drop his Miami divorce case on October 11.

Both parties have reached 'many agreements' and are working towards an amicable resolution. They have agreed on a temporary custody arrangement for their two daughters, aged one and three. According to a court order, both Sophie and Joe, will alternate custody of their daughters for periods of one and a half to three weeks until January 7.

The children will alternate between their parents, staying with the 'Game of Thrones' actress from October 9 to October 21, then with Joe from October 21 to November 2. They will spend Thanksgiving with their father and Christmas and New Year's with their mother. The agreement permits each parent to travel with their children within the US and UK during their custody period. Both parents are required to submit a 'status report letter' before December 23 detailing the state of mediation.

This follows Sophie's lawsuit against Joe for the return of their daughters to the UK, accusing him of withholding their passports. The suit demanded the 'immediate return' of the children who had been 'wrongfully retained' in New York City, away from their 'habitual residence' in the UK. Court documents mention that the couple had made England their permanent residence in April 2023, intending for their children to attend school there.

Sophie and Joe are currently undergoing a divorce after four years of marriage. Jonas filed for divorce earlier this month, stating their relationship was 'irretrievably broken.
