The trailer features a large family moving into a mansion with the goal of resolving a problem.
They are cautioned, however, against entering the south block of the mansion where Chandramukhi resides.
The narrative of Chandramukhi takes an unexpected turn when, after 17 years, a two-century-old tale involving a king and a court dancer named Chandramukhi emerges with relevance to the present day.
