Body of missing scuba diver recovered in Kingston

Provincial police say the body of a scuba diver who was in distress and went missing in Kingston, Ont., in the afternoon on Apr 13 has now been recovered.

Police have not released the identity of the man who died. 

The Ontario coroner's office is investigating what caused the incident.

Firefighters managed to find one person about 15 metres from shore and haul them into a boat  A second diver also surfaced, but wasn't able to recover and went missing, according to Martell.
