.

Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) cadres, in a repeat of Feb 2 incident, blackened Hindi lettering on government signboards at multiple locations, including railway stations and post offices.
Following this, BJP Tamil Nadu chief K Annamalai hit back at the ruling party, calling its stance on the three-language policy “hypocritical.”
On Fb 23, DMK members used black paint to cover Hindi text at Palakkad and Palaiyamkottai railway stations.
The protests continued on Feb 24, with party functionaries defacing Hindi letters on signboards at Alandur Post Office and a BSNL office on GST Road in Chennai.
