Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today slammed opposition's INDIA bloc over DMK leader Udhayanidhi Stalin's comments on Sanatan Dharma and asked them to apologise for the insult to Sanatan Dharma or the country won't forgive them.
Addressing a public meeting in Jaisalmer on the launch of BJP's Parivartan Yatra, Rajnath Singh also asked why Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Ashok Gehlot are "silent" on the issue.
A row erupted on Saturday when Udhayanidhi Stalin, a minister in the ruling DMK government, compared sanatana dharma with 'dengue' and 'malaria' and said that it should not just be 'opposed', but 'eradicated'.
