Russia's President Vladimir Putin
An UN-mandated investigative body said in a report that Russia had committed a wide range of war crimes in Ukraine, such as wilful killings, torture and the deportation of children,
The Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine said that Russian forces have carried out "indiscriminate and disproportionate" attacks on Ukraine, resorted to torture, killed civilians outside of combat, and failed to safeguard the Ukrainian population.
Meanwhile, Poland will send Ukraine four MiG-29s within the "next few days", President Andrzej Duda says as other countries remain hesitant to provide Kyiv with fighter jets.
