California: The U.S. House of Representatives has launched an investigation into the CEOs of Amazon, Google, Apple and Facebook over allegations that they acted in a way that hindered the growth of competing companies. At the time, it raised a barrage of questions for those companies.
In a video conference, it was alleged that certain large corporations in the United States, which control 90 per cent of the Internet, were disabling small companies for their own development and usurping people's right to choose.
But Amazon, Google and Apple have denied the allegations. At the same time, Facebook said that they are not a US-based company and that they are investing in companies, including Instagram, to grow.
