Mumbai: India has the highest number of survivors from coronavirus, ahead of the United States.
The number of survivors from the virus in India stands at 42,08,431, according to data from the Federal Ministry of Health. This is 19 percent of the international recovery rate. The rate of return from the corona in India is 79.28 per cent.
41,91,394 (18.77%) from Corona in the United States, 37,89,139 (16.96%) in Brazil, 9,01,207 (4.03%) in Russia, 6,21,521 (2.78%) in Colombia, and 600795 (2.69) in Peru. (5,86,844), 4,92,192 (2.20) in Mexico, 4,67,286 (2.09%) in Argentina and 4,15,981 (1.86%) in Chile.
A statement from the Ministry of Health said, "As a result of the determined struggle against the virus, an unprecedented 95,880 people have recovered and returned home in a single day in India. In India, the number of daily healers continues to increase. Efforts in collaboration with the States and Union Territories have resulted in an increase in the number of healers."
Of the 95,880 people who recovered two days back, 60 per cent were from the states of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and UP. Yesterday in Maharashtra alone 22 thousand (23 per cent) and in Andhra Pradesh 11 thousand (12.3 per cent) recovered.
Most of the total healers in India are from 15 states and union territories. The top 5 states are Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and UP.
