Ontario: Ontario's Ministry of Environment is investigating reports that large numbers of fish are mysteriously dying in the eastern Ontario River.

Residents of the village of Saint-Eugene, Ontario, about 100 kilometers east of downtown Ottawa, say a significant number of fish are floating in the Ricard River or off the shore nearby.

This was first discovered on September 1 after a local man noticed a foul odor.
